3 tablespoons | 45ml | Granulated sugar |

Prepare Dessert Rice as directed, but replace egg yolks with whole eggs beaten until foamy.
Place rice mixture in a buttered ovenproof baking dish. Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons granulated sugar. Place under broiler flame for 5 minutes, or until sugar turns brown. Serve hot.
